AOI Marketing Group's Privacy Statement is simple and straightforward. We are committed to protecting our member's privacy and hold all information provided by our members in the strictest of confidence.

How We Use Information
In order to provide services and content of relevance to our members, AOI Marketing Group periodically requests information relating to our member's demographics and personal interests. This information is aggregated and averaged to allow for a greater understanding of our member base as a whole. Aggregated statistics may be provided to AOI Marketing Group partners such as content providers in order to improve our content and services for our members. At no time is information of any type tied to any specific Accredited Only, Inc. member provided to any outside individual or organization.

AOI Marketing Group views maintaining the privacy of our members as a covenant. This commitment to maintaining your privacy is outlined in the following 4 guidelines.

Information Handling
AOI Marketing Group will not sell or provide any information relating to its members and their activity on the AOI Marketing Group web site to any outside company. AOI Marketing Group does periodically communicate offers and information from its partners, however information required to communicate offers such as mailing addresses and email addresses will only be disclosed to independent marketing resources for the sole purpose of mailing or emailing those communications to our members.

Legal Compliance
AOI Marketing Group will adhere to all applicable State and Federal privacy laws and regulations pertaining to electronic commerce. We understand that these laws and regulations continue to evolve as Internet commerce evolves. AOI Marketing Group will continue to update its privacy guidelines with pertinent changes and enhancements and will post those changes or enhancement in our Privacy Statement.  

Data Security
AOI Marketing Group maintains security standards designed to prevent unauthorized access to member information. AOI Marketing Group does not provide information of any type tied to any specific AOI Marketing Group member to any outside individual or organization. Further, only Accredited Only, Inc. employees in positions for which use of this data is required to support our members and their services shall have access to it.

Communication & Marketing
AOI Marketing Group periodically sends information to its member's email addresses. AOI Marketing Group will only send information to members when expressed consent has been provided. Members have the opportunity to "opt-in" to communications programs at any time by simply checking the "Please send me relevant information and offers" box on the Member Registration and Profile page of this site. A member may choose to no longer receive these communications at any time by "opting-out" on the same Member Registration and Profile screen. All communications sent to members via email will include an URL that may be accessed directly to opt-out of future communications.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information
All users can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error and provides the corrected information. To protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
